Commenters Usernames

  1. I have a problem with a blog regarding the usernames commenters use to leave comments. Apparently some of them have figured out a way to change the name they leave a comment under and they routinely chane their names to other commenter to play jokes. Some readers have become very frustrated by this and I feel it is hurting the fanbase.

I don't think they are actually are hacking the others accounts because it is happening so widespread. Is there any way to prevent this name change feature that they have been able to pull off?

    Thanks.

  3. It's standard internet drama so no, essentially there isn't, other than setting your comment options to moderate things so that commenters must have one pre-approved comment in order to post.
