windonmyfaceI observe that comments from my colleagues using their official email add that contains letters of o f a g r x m u k (I just scrambled the characters) is lining up in my spam queue. Why is it??? And how could i stop it lining at my spam queue?

Mark them as not spam and Akismet will learn. Sometimes it's not as all-knowing as you'd like, but it does learn.

Ok. So that's all I can do is to de-spam it, right?

I'm afraid so, unless you've got words in your comment blacklist that those people are using.
