The live demo for the Confit them shows an image the full width of the entry sitting above the title.
I would like to add an image such as this to a blog post but am not sure how I do so.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Confit supports a flexible header image, for a logo or other small image. Add yours to personalize your Confit from Appearance -> Header.

I was actually looking to set what I now know to be the 'Feature Image' of a blog entry rather than a site header but I appreciate your help.
