I would like to change my dashboard address to match the name of the blog. I want the blog URL to be whoson1st.wordpress.com. How can I do this? My 'other' email address is [email redacted]. Thanks!

Sorry - your Dashboard is always the base blog that you have mapped your custom domain name to - that is the way domain mapping - the name on the door is changed but you are in the same house
For example if you map whoozeon1st.com. to whoozeon1st.wordpress.com. - you will always use the dashboard for whoozeon1st.wordpress.com.
