Confused how to renew my domain

    I'm trying to renew my domain name because I received a charge on my credit card from wp-fee for $26.00 so I called my credit card company and said I did not authorize this transaction not knowing who this was from. Later i realized it was for the domain renewal. I am confused because when I called Wild West Domains they said the domain name was through wordpress.com. But it seems that I have wordpress.org because it is self hosted. I need to renew my domain as soon as possible and now I am unsure of what to do next.

    Your domain is registered through us and was renewed through November 20, 2013.

    If you initiated a chargeback through your credit card provider, I recommend canceling that ASAP.

    The problem is that I did not authorize this charge and was not sent any notification that a charge was going to be placed on my account, nor did I know that you had my credit card number. I would like to renew my domain but with a different credit card, am I unable to do so?

    When you purchased the domain, you enabled auto-renew, so the card was charged to renew the domain.

    I'm sorry, but we cannot refund renewals unless you'd like to cancel the entire domain. If you do choose to cancel it, we cannot guarantee that you'll be able to re-purchase it.

    I dont need a refund, I would still like to keep the domain and pay for it as soon as possible but my bank has cancelled that credit card and it is irreversible. Am I not able to manually pay for the domain with another credit card?

    Oh, that may be a problem. The charge has gone through on this end, so we'll need to wait for their cancellation to reach us. Once it does, we'll contact you with further instructions.

    Ok, like I said I thought this charge was a fraudulent charge so I cancelled it. I am willing to pay for the domain renewal, please keep me informed.

    i need to know what the satus is of fthe canceled payment on the domain? i need to transfer the domain to another registrar and i believe i can not transfer until this is settled

    sorry, i would like to transfer my registration to bluehost and i followed all of the steps but it will not let me cancel private registration in order to transfer. the page just keeps reloading with no change. i was wondering if this was because of the pending creadit card refund
