I created a new page - my 'contact' page. I inserted [contact-form] in the page and save/published. What am I supposed to see? All I see is a blank box with a comment fields below? No name, email, etc fields.
I got it sorted.
Firstly i had a typo in the tag for contact form and secondly to test it, I realised that I had to be logged out to see the 'contact form.
