   I installed Jetpack particularly because I wanted to get the contact forms. Unfortunately, when I insert a contact form into my pages the formating is not good. More importantly, the fields for name and email address show MY name as "Admin" and my personal email address. I do not know how to remove these. Here is the short code I am provided:

   [contact-form to='[email redacted]' subject='Contact Us'][contact-field label='Name' type='name' required='1'/][contact-field label='Email' type='email' required='1'/][contact-field label='Subject' type='text'/][contact-field label='Comment' type='textarea' required='1'/][/contact-form]

   Any help is appreciated.

   That is because you are signed in. Nobody on any other computer can see your information.

   Thank you. I am very naive when it comes to making websites and did not understand this.
