Contact Me form. How can I stop my email from populating it?

  1. My site name and my email populate the Name and Email fields in the Custom Form (I just inserted it). How do I remove 'em? Thanks.

The blog I need help with is lantztc.com.

The only reason your info is in the contact form on your own page/post is you are logged in. Anyone else who visits will see a blank form, or if WordPress users, their info should be in the blanks.

I was quite concerned when I saw that, but after logging out of my WordPress account, it was blank.
    I hope this helps. :)

  3. Kog oput and clear your browser cache and cookies it it will disappear. WordPress.com uses cookies to keep track of commenters so if someone makes a comment on your blog, the next time they come to your blog, unless they have cleared their cookies, WordPress.com will recognize them and complete the details for them. No one else will be able to view those details. The next person who comments will see blank fields. Commenters will not see each other’s details.

  4. Edit: "Kog oput " was meant to be "Log out"
sorry for the fumble fingering :(

  5. Yea! Thanks. I should have thought of such things.

  6. Not to worry. It's the little things like this that we tend for overlook or forget. :)
