   How do I export the WP content folder, the WP Includes Folder and backup the database? I am trying to connect to my go daddy account.

   The blog I need help with is romanoffdesigns.wordpress.com.

   If you are referring to a free hosted WordPress.com blog then you can export the blog content. You cannot export the database as we don't have access to it.

   If you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and now want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers.
   http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/
   http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/#update-nameservers

   P.S. There is no phone support here. This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver WordPress.com support. Volunteers answer most questions and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention.

   I have changed my info and have tried to publish the updated information; however, the website has not changed even though my preview is accurate.

   Also, my picture on the preview page shows accurately; however, the website does not show the picture.
