contacting for a refund?

  1. What is the best way to contact WordPress regarding a refund?

    I purchased a domain but would like to cancel and change it. The cancel policy says to "contact WordPress within 2 days" but gives no other information on how or who to contact specifically. I used the contact support form but have no way to verify that this is the correct avenue to get a refund as I have not heard back regarding my inquiry.

    Any advice?

    The blog I need help with is yogiclarebear.wordpress.com.

  5. Well, if WordPress requires the contact within 2 days, there should be some kind of timely response so I am ensured that my "2 days" was verified/justified I suppose. Maybe I am just paranoid that my request won't be honored. I'm not sure why.

If your request wasn't already answered, can you please submit it again at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ ? I will look out for it.
