   I'm interested in a webaddress for my blog and I see that that another user has that title, but they haven't used it since 2009, when they posted one post. Is there any way to contact that person to see if they are willing to relinquish it?

   Leave a comment on the blog if you can - that is your only chance - WordPress.COM will not give out personal info about a blog owner
