I use Firefox and Safari and they work great. Yesterday, I bought up my blog on a Winblows XP machine with IE and my right column built itself at the bottom of the page. Is this a symptom of old version of IE or all IE?
Any help is appreciated.

Been covered many times in the past. Please see this thread for a small list of these threads where the issue was discussed. ie ditch IE for a browser for one that follows HTML 4.01, watch the widths of pic files, and look for open and/ or incorrect HTML tags. I'm leaning towards the last one in your case. You can try switching posts one at a time back to draft mode to see which one is affecting the layout.
Good luck,
