content missing...can you help?

    Hi WordPress!!

    So my "home" page is now missing/it's blank...how can I recover what I had up there?
    So weird!

    Did you set a static page and fail to create a page for your posts to display on? http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/

    Or did you simply delete the Hello World placeholder post. If you did then as soon as you publish a post, not a page that error message will disappear.

    P.S. You have used these { } on your page tabs. I would never do that as they mean something in code and I wouldn't want search spiders to be confused.

    thanks for your suggestions - I think it was that I deleted the Hello World placeholder...didn't know I needed to keep it.

    I've recreated my Home page now - but there's no Hello World appearing, do you think it's going to crash again without it and if so how do I reinstate my greetings to the world...?

    No. It makes zero difference which posts it is. :)
