I want to do a giveaway on my blog - I've noticed whenever you enter a giveaway on other blogs your have to fill out a contest form (just your name and email (which is kept private) but they all seem to be on google/blogger - so I don't know if this is only something you can create if you're on blogger.
How can I set up a contest form on my blog?
