Contributor/Author Post page

  1. I have a multi-author blog. I want users to sign up and submit their own blog posts. However I can't find a page to allow authors or contributors to actually post their blog post. Do they have to login and go to /wp-admin and then the 'Posts' section, or is there an easier way to just have a page on the blog itself where logged in users can go and post?

Essentially, I don't want all my contributors or authors to have to go to the admin panel, I want it to be a bit cleaner and more streamlined where they can simply add a post directly from the blog itself if they are logged in. Hopefully I explained this clearly. Is there a way to do this or any widget that does this?

    Thanks,
    Josh
