convert a rss feed to my wordpress.com blog

    I would like to import a rss feed into my blog. Is this possible?
    I want to import the rss feed into my blog, not the sidebar on the right.

    The blog I need help with is navigapp.wordpress.com.

    That's not possible. We cannot autofill posts or pages with content drawn form RSS feeds. As WordPress.com has a types of blogs allowed and not allowed policy and as "Scraper blogs" and "Automated Blogs" are not allowed here, RSS widgets can only be used in sidebars and footer areas for widgets.
