   Hello,
   I'm very new to using WordPress and have no web design experience at all, so the process of converting an embed code to a WordPress short code is confusing me. I've read some tutorials but they don't seem to correspond to the code I have from Podomatic (I'm trying to embed a podcast player to my site).
   Is this possible? If so, could someone please help me out by converting this code for me, and maybe explaining what I should do in future?

   I'm sorry but we cannot embed iframe codes into WordPress.com blogs. The software strips the code out for security reasons. Please see here for a solution > http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/podomatic-on-wordpress?replies=8
