Cookie policy plugin please! (EU/UK law compliance)

    Could we please have a plugin for WP.com that does something similar to this one - http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/cookie-law-info/
    i.e. posting up a "we use cookies, <allow>, link to privacy policy" message at the top of the website?
