Hi! I am trying to copy the picture used for the theme on my blog onto word. Any suggestions other than copy/paste?

Copy/paste is as good as any. You could right-click->save image then import it into the word document

Having answered the question I should add that I am totally ignorant about the copyright status of default images used in themes. I would guess that you are not permitted to do this for "paid for" themes. This could be an issue if you want to publish the document.

What do you mean by "publish"? I am sending friends an email to view my blog but I would like to leave little notices to places whom I visit for exposure.

All I am saying is that if you posted a document containing that image on the web then the copyright holder might complain. It might be worth starting a new thread "copyright question" to see if anyone knows if it is allowed or for the staff to answer.
