We are wondering if it is possible to place a copyright message at the very bottom of your page? Our theme is Forever and ideally, we want it to be in the black section at the bottom where it says "Blog at WordPress.com. Theme: Customized Forever by Automattic."

The blog I need help with is ourmode.net.
You can't modify the footer, but you could add a text widget if your theme supports them at the page bottom.
If you have the CSS Customization upgrade, you would have other options open to you.

As you have a CSS upgrade I tagged this thread so it will be moved to the CSS Forum for you. There you can get help with placing your copyright notice is a text widgets and using position absolute to position it where you indicate above.

To add a little text to the end of the footer credits on the Forever theme, add this to your Appearance → Custom Design → CSS editor:
