   My blog is very outdated but has some activity from new users, so I wanted to start over.
   Is this possible?

   Yes, you can delete the contents and keep the URL and start over.
   If you do not have a lot of content you can easily delete all blog content by yourself rather than waiting for Staff to do it for you.
