Need help? Check out our Support site, then

could you please delete all blog content?

  1. i want to edit HTML template, but none of the available options suits me.

The blog I need help with is partesintimas.wordpress.com.

  2. We cannot edit the php that generates the HTML on our free hosted WordPress.com blogs. This is a multiuser blogging platform and only Staff can access those files and edit because all blogs wearing the same theme are using the same underlying template. To edit templates you can hire a web host and set up your own self hosted WordPress.ORG install. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  3. If you don't have a lot of content and don't wish to wait for Staff to delete it for you then you can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.
bulk delete images & media http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/deleting-files/#bulk-deletion
    bulk delete posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#bulk-edit
    bulk delete pages > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/#bulk-edit
Here's how to permanently delete Trash >

Alternatively, if you do have a lot of content, you can tag this thread with modlook in the sidebar and Staff can empty the whole blog for you. That will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files and once deleted, the data cannot be recovered. If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, please reply to confirm the URL of the blog you want them to empty.

  4. i want to edit HTML template, but none of the available options suits me.

If you let us know what you're trying to do, I'd be glad to see if there might be a workaround. While it's not possible to edit the HTML template directly, many things can be done through CSS with our Custom Design upgrade.

If you decide you still want your site partesintimas.wordpress.com emptied, please confirm and we can take care of it. As timethief mentioned, this will remove all content including pages, posts, comments, tags, categories, images and any other uploaded files - and it cannot be undone.
