   Well im trying to put this countdown thing on my sidebar, here is the website im doing it from http://www.7is7.com im not sure how to add it to a text widget so it appears, can someone tell me how?

   The countdown clock you are indicating comes in either an iframe or a pop-up and neither one can be used on wordpress.com blogs. The software here will strip the code out to preserve security.
   There are only two countdown tickers that I know of that are written in html and can be used on either a page or a post of a wordpress.com blog. There are none that I know of that will fit into a text widget.
