Creating A Zone Record to map a domain

    I am just bubbling over with impatience. I have been trying to get a Zone record created for my site, so I can map my new domain, highlytouted.ca, and I have gotten nothing in the past two days.

    Trying to make this public as I saw someone else request the same thing in the Staff Questions section of the forums and had a response back saying it was completed in an hour.

    I guess even a message saying why it is taking so long to get back to me would be appreciated. Do I need to get the Domain Mapping Upgrade first? I've been waiting.

    I've added the Zone Record for you. Please go to Store > Domains on your blog's dashboard and follow the steps there. Also, you may want to review the following guide before going through the process.

    Any reason why the email notifcation of this message I got has the follwing contradictory info:

    There's no need to create an A Zone Record when you want to map a domain. Please revert the change, and go to Store > Domains on your blog's dashboard. Carefully follow the steps there. Also, you may want to review the following guide before going through the process.

    Confused, but from the message on the forum it would seem things are good to proceed.
