This person for no reason has followed my blog I was wondering if there was any way to remove them.It's rather creepy when an older man starts following an 18 year old's site and doesn't even know them.

You can't remove followers and really, if your blog is public anyone anywhere can see it whenever they want without having to be a follower.
If you want to control who sees your blog you will have to make it private.
That username is a follower on my blog too and I have never seen any evidence of him reading it. Many people only follow in the hopes you will reciprocate.
If you blog for long enough you will probably end up with more than a few unexpected followers!
