For some reason when I upload my header image, it doesn't give me the option of cropping it. Currently it is too big, and I need to get it down to 480x250, as my settings require. Before there was a built-in cropping setting that would fit the picture into that boundary. But now I can't crop my pitcures at all. Did something change?

There is a problem with cropping images in IE9 at the moment. The problem should be fixed within the week, but until then you can try another browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, and it should work fine. Sorry for the inconvenience.
