CSS Code to Increase Menu Font Size within the Custom Design Package

    I would like to increase the font size of my Blissful Blog wordpress.com menu. I've upgraded to the custom design package and am looking for the CSS code to add to the CSS stylesheet editor. Thank you for any help provided!

    The blog I need help with is www.supportsiouxlandsoldiers.com.

  2. This is a free hosted WordPress.COM blog that we provide support for on these support forums http://idesignher.wordpress.com/ provided the blogger has paid for an annually renewable custom design upgrade for their blog.

    This is NOT a free hosted WordPress.COM blog and we do not provide support for it. http://www.supportsiouxlandsoldiers.com/ Go to the footer of your theme and click this link "proudly powered by WordPress"

    We cannot help you here with any site that is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog that you did not purchase custom design upgrade for. Support for WordPress.org software and any advice you need are provided on the WordPress.org support forums and they are here http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don't have a username account at WordPress.org, click that link and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.org bloggers.

  3. Edit: replace this confusing sentence > "We cannot help you here with any site that is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog that you did not purchase custom design upgrade for."

    We cannot help you here with any site that is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog, and we cannot help you with CSS editing on any free hosted WordPress.com blog that you did not purchase a custom design upgrade from WordPress.com for.

    The site I need help with is akroncarecenter.com
    This is a free wordpress.com site that I have purchased the custom design upgrade for. Do I need to post my question on the CSS Customization forum?

    The sentence, "The blog I need help with is http://www.supportsiouxlandsoldiers.com" was automatically added to my question. Sorry for the confusion. The site that I would like to edit is http://www.akroncarecenter.com

  6. Thanks for the URL as whoever helps you will need it http://akroncarecenter.com/

    Do I need to post my question on the CSS Customization forum?

    This thread is in the CSS Forum already. :)

    The menu is very small and hard to read. I'm looking for the CSS snippet that would help me increase the font size. Thank you!

  8. All CSS editing is theme specific. What you are waiting for is for Staff or another blogger to do all the CSS work on their test blog for you and then provide what you need.

    ok, Thank you. I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to CSS. Are there people that will actually do that for me?

  10. The upgrade comes with Staff support ie. you paid for it in the upgrade. From time to time there are one or two Volunteers that may choose to provide the support you paid for.

  11. @siouxlandtroops, add this to the end of any custom CSS you have and then edit the 100% value as desired. 120% seems to work nicely, but you can set it as you desire.

    .main-navigation ul li a {
    font-size: 120%;
    }

    That worked perfectly! Thank you so very much, thesacredpath and timethief!

    Very much appreciate your time and help!

    Good day to you O' savior of CSS editing people who have no CSS editing skills. ;)

  14. @timethief, good day to you too. Had a busy morning and a meeting this afternoon, and a party to go to tonight, so I'll catch up on what I can between now and the time we leave for the party.

  15. I'm stuck minding the business here while hubby travels. :)

  16. Ah, well I hope you are not too busy minding things.
