css code to move around the "short descripcion" sentence

    hello,

    I´m resizing my theme with css, to move the site title of the blog I´ve used the #header h1 line, but to move around the "short descripcion" (not to make it desapear) text field "just another word press blog" I don´t know what to put.

    any one can help please?
