   I know nothing about css nor do I have the time to learn. I wish I did, I am just too busy.
   So I am wondering, are there cut and paste css themes that can be used with the edit css upgrade in WP? I would like to purchase that add on but it would be great if there were free templates out there that I could paste in. Does anyone know if this exists?

   You cannot cut and paste WordPress themes.

   There are, however, a few sandbox skins which are available for free and suitable for use at wordpress.com. Search the forums and you'll find links.
