   I have a CSS template I'd like to upload to WordPress. I know I have to purchase the upgrade.

   Do I have to start over with a current WP theme and modify to my liking, or can I upload what I've already designed as is?

   You can either tweak an existing theme or start from scratch using Sandbox. But you can't upload anything.

   Well you can copy and paste your new CSS.
