Hello. I am going to purchase the css-edit upgrade. It says you can edit css for one year. After one year do your changes revert or do they remain? I already have all changes that I need to make, however I want to make sure that they will stay in effect after my year as I will be traveling.

If you do not pay for the second year the blog will revert. Provided you pay for the second year upgrade just prior to the expiration date there shouldn't be a problem.
so which means ones u upgrade, u always have to pay in order to maintin it?
Correct. The payment made is only for one year's service. :)
