CSS/HTML/jQuery layout into wordpress theme?!

    Hi everyone, I created a web layout using Dreamweaver that uses jQuery, HTML and CSS, the web layout created entirely from scratch. I was wondering how to translate the coding to that to that of a wordpress theme? Much help appreciated :)
