Custom Color Attribute

  1. For a menu option, could I chance the color attribute? If so, what is the CSS, I didn't really see it.....

    Thanks!

    The blog I need help with is themcrr.wordpress.com.

  2. Not knowing exactly what you want to change the colors on, I'll give several that will likely cover whatever it is you wish to change. Copy the code for what you want to change and go to Appearance > Custom Design > CSS tab, delete the informational text and paste it in.

    All of the color codes listed are the existing. Use what you wish below and edit the color codes as desired.

    This would change the grey of the text in the top level menu items (MORE in this case)

    .main-navigation a {
    color: #999999;
    }

    This would change the hover color of the top level menu item text.

    .main-navigation li:hover > a
    color: #818181;
    }

    This would change the non-hover text color of the dropdown items (white now)

    .main-navigation ul ul a {
    color: #FFFFFF;
    }

    This will change the hover color of the dropdown menu items (grey now)

    .main-navigation ul ul *:hover > a {
        color: #999999;
    }

    This would change the background color for the dropdown menu.

    .main-navigation ul ul {
        background-color: #141414;
    }
