  I’m offered free custom design for a year if I pick a Premium WordPress theme today. Would Custom Design get me someone to help customize the theme?

  No. You could expect to pay a minimum of $50 an hour for that. It’s assumed that YOU will be doing the customizing, and let me tell you from long experience, this is not something most amateurs are good at.
