Custom Design not working with On Demand theme

    I purchased On Demand and it's a very pretty theme. I then proceeded to buy the custom design upgrade, however it doesn't seem to be work

    This is the first time I've used Custom Design - I'm assuming the only way to access it is Appearance > Custom Design...

    HOWEVER instead of reading "Get Started Now" it still says "Preview for free and purchase" But I've already purchased the upgrade. It's like the system isn't recognizing my purchase?

    Any and all help greatly appreciated!!!!!!

    You canceled and refunded your Custom Design upgrade earlier today. If you'd like to repurchase it, I can take a look at the problem.
