Hello, I just bought a domain just a couple of hours ago, then I deleted it. Now, I would like to get my $13 back. How do I go about doing this since I have already permanently deleted the blog?

The top level fomain here is wordpress.com
All of our blogs are on .wordpress.com sub-domains.
No .wordpress.com URLs are for sale.
When we purchase a domain we map from our underlying .wordpress.com sub-domain like mine http://onecoolsite.wordpress.com/ to our domain http://oneccoolsitebloggingtips.com -
According to my receipt I bought it. And when I bought it, it said that I have 48 hours to get a full refund. So who can help me with this problem?
