The original Unsleepable allowed the user to upload a custom header for their blog.
Why not for this one? A custom header would look much nicer than plain white text...

I'm assuming that the original Unsleepable, like all the themes we have here at wordpres.com was coded to run on wordpress.org software. Our software here is different. It's wordpress MU (multiuser). All themes here are "adapted" to run on this software and in most cases that means not all features in the original will be available in the adapted version.

If you have css editing experience and you are willing to purchase an upgrade then I believe you could insert an image header into the css stylesheet http://faq.wordpress.com/2007/10/18/about-the-custom-css-upgrade/
