Custom logo and header

    I am trying to add custom CSS for a custom logo and header for my blog with the theme Mistylook. Any suggestions of how to do this? I can't seem to override the text that is already there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The site linked to your username goes to something other than a wordpress.COM site. The blog link on that site goes to tumblr. We need a link to the wordpress.COM site you are talking about.

    Sorry. I apologize for that. I am still working in getting my wordpress blog put together before I like it. You can find the blog I am referring to at http://hpistole.wordpress.com/

    For the blog title, I would put the font-family declaration in here:

    #header h1 {
font-family: Georgia,Verdana,Arial,Serif;
}

    For the header image, create the header image to the exact size require for mistylook (original size: 760x190), upload it to the media library, get the URL of that image and put it into the following between the quote marks.

    #headerimage {
    background: url("URL of header image here") no-repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;
}

    Oops, you said logo where the title is.

    #header h1, #header h2 {
display:none;
}

#header {
background: url("URL of logo image here") no-repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;
height:150px;
width:300px;
}

    Height and width above just placeholders. Edit as necessary for the size of your logo.

    Hi,

    I was wondering if you could help me with some custom CSS for the Structure theme by Organic Themes. I like the way the title text displays, but I would also like our logo to sit to the right of the text. Is there an easy way to ad the logo to the header?

    As all CSS editing is theme specific that the theme TSP is helping with in this thread is not the Structure theme please start your own thread by using this link.

    Hello there! I also want to use my logo instead of the title but for the DePo Masthead théme...it will be the same? My blog is not ready so it is not visible for everyone!

    The answer is "no". All CSS editing here at wordpress.com is theme specific. Please search the forum to see if your question about DePo Masthead has been answered previously > results here > http://tinyurl.com/45l5rxu
