Custom theme and nexgen gallery

    Hello, .org has it and I though .com will not, but seems that there is no option for custom theme and uploading plugins - can someone tell me if there is?

    The custom theme is simple, but with the plugin, here is what I am trying to achieve: I want to install nexgen gallery, so that i can get pictures placed and displayed like this :
    http://nextgen-gallery.com/gallery-page/

    Any suggestions?...

    The blog I need help with is tinyward.wordpress.com.

    Plugins are not something that .COM uses.

    Thanks bat!...

    Any ideas of how the next gen gallery kinda page can be achieved with the default settings? I kinda know how but know sure if I can get the 'blackbox' effect also going

    Suggestions please
