   Which custom widget is appropriate to enter a widget code from FastPencil to sell a book?

   I can copy "the widget code" from FastPencil that will show a box with an image of my book cover and a link to "Buy Now" or "Preview this book on FastPencil.com". Is a text widget appropriate?

   I just need to know on which (if any) WordPress.com widget to enter this widget code.

   If I made a Store page, I could enter a link to FastPencil, but the image of my book cover is not as good as it is on FastPencil. I don't know why. I thought a widget would be appropriate for now.

   I don't want to switch to WordPress.org and get a store plug-in.

   The blog I need help with is holyhiway.wordpress.com.

   Without looking at the code, we can't really say. You can certainly put images and plain (non-affiliate) links in a text widget.
