  3. Actually I didn't know that. So please don't you assume that I knew there was no phone support. You shouldn't respond to people like that it comes off as rude.

  4. It's rude to post a thread stating "Need to speak with a live person" when you know that dead people do not answer questions on support forums.

  6. There is no free phone support here, although some consultants like myself do offer paid phone support. For a single question, it doesn't work out to be very economical.

  7. Once again, I didn't know there was no phone support. And two. My question above states the problems I'm still having. I didnt get that reply that posted. Please stop responding if you can't help. You clearly like trying to make people who are new to the website feel stupid. Not funny. Not cool. And me asking for a live person is obvious indication that I didn't know there wasn't a live operator to walk me through it faster then typing. So again stop replying if you can't help. And for the future if someone's asking that question don't reply like that. Let them know politely there is no phone support. It's not being rude if you do not know. It doesn't tell you. And if it does I haven't found it.
