Customize layout & sidebars for different pages?

  1. I'm using the Digg 3 theme here on WordPress.com. My blog address is http://viveconsulting.wordpress.com.
I'm very happy with this theme for my blog, but I have a separate website for my company outside of WordPress at http://www.vive-consulting.com. I'd really like to combine them and have them both on WordPress, but I'd need the ability to customize the layout of certain pages. Is there a theme for WordPress.com that permits the user to have different primary layouts for different pages? For example, I'd want one layout that's less "bloggy" for my pages related to my corporate information, ie, with sidebars that don't have blog info in them; and a "bloggy" layout for my other pages. I had tried WordPress.org, but it was just too complicated for me to deal with and I ended up really liking WordPress.com.

Is there any way to get what I need on WordPress.com?

    Thank you!

The blog I need help with is viveconsulting.wordpress.com.

  2. Not really, no. Individual page customization isn't something that we have here. You can pick a theme that doesn't display sidebars on static pages, but the entire site will look more or less the same.
