Customize Subscribe & Confirmation Emails

    I am wondering if there is a way (it seems like there should be) to customize the 2 emails users get when they subscribe to your blog.

    We were able to customize the text a little bit but then at the bottom of the one email there is a line that says "Whoa, stop with the emails" its also in about 72pt font (its massive compared to the rest of the email). It appears that the email is a standard wordpress template using wordpress language like "whoa" and "howdy"

    Does anyone know how to edit the templates that are sent by wordpress? Any suggestions?

    The blog I need help with is tourismkelowna.wordpress.com.

    Thanks for the quick response... I have 1 more question now.
    When a "New Post" email gets sent there is a considerable amount of junk at the top of the post in the email. (See attached screenshot)

    Is there anyway to edit that?
