Customizer not working

  1. Hi there. I've recently create this new blog of mine http://happytummyhappyfeet.wordpress.com/ and chosen "Adelle" as my theme. However when I use the WordPress customizer to change my color and font nothing changes. The customizer bar just stucks at "saving changes" for ages and when I refreshed my blog again it is still the same original theme. I tried many many times but the problem still persists. I do want to customize the theme badly because there are a lot of choices that really looks good. Can you help me see this problem through? Thanks so much!

The blog I need help with is happytummyhappyfeet.wordpress.com.

  2. Try the troubleshooting suggestions in this support document, especially the cookie and cache clearing: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/ .

Also, if you have another browser installed on your computer, try that to see if the issue is related to just that one browser.

  3. Have tried clearing the cookies and cache. Tried to do it on Firefox and Chrome too. But it doesn't work still.

I heard that wordpress customizer always have this problem? Seen people posting about this same issue also

  4. Did you purchase a cusom design upgrade?

No changes you try out aside from those such as Custom Background, Custom Header and Theme Options which are stated on the theme description pages for each theme will be visible to visitors unless you purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade.

When using the theme customizer please be sure you are using one of the browsers and versions found here http://browsehappy.com and also be sure you have enabled third party cookies. http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

NOTE: If you do not have a CSS upgrade then skip using the theme customizer. All of the very same functions can be accessed from your dashboard.
    Appearance > Header
    Appearance > Background
Appearance > Theme Options (applicable only to some themes)
Settings > Reading (set a static front page)
Site Title and Tagline > Settings > General

  5. Ohh I see the problem now! Thanks!
