Customizing the Blog post form

  1. I'm working on a website for a recruitment company and I wondered if it is possible to customize the 'new post' form with my own set of fields?
At the moment there's only two fields - 'Title' and 'Description' but I want to setup a bespoke 'new post' form so when a new job vacancy becomes available the recruitment consultant fills it in, publishes it and also sends an automatic tweet if possible.

    These are the fields:

    Job Title:
    Salary:
    Job ref:
    Location:
    Description:

So when a visitor views the blog post, they see the completed form details and can also search by keyword / location etc.

    Thanks for any help!

The blog I need help with is darrenbaker.wordpress.com.

  2. I'm sorry but that's no possible on a free hosted wordpress.com blog. It is possible on a wordpress>ORG install. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

I also believe you should run the recruitment site idea you have for the blog by Staff. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
