   I feed the RSS-widget on my sidebar with content from a cyrillic-written blog (cine.blog.bg). Although cyrillic is showing fine when posted on wordpress, it's not decoding right in the widget.
   I tried to change the encoding to windows-1251 (cp1251) in the settings for the whole blog, but then nothing was showing right anymore (actually except for the UTF-8 other decodig schemes lead to an absolute mess).

   Pls hlp!

   Best bet is to contact support about this one as it is a backend issue!
