For the last ten hours, all dashboards on all my blogs are not working. The normal dashboard skin has disappeared, which has been replaced by a white background. Most of the controls don't work. Can't upload images or edit posts. I'm unable to do much of anything.
I've logged out and back in, nothing has changed. Can't find where WordPress posts anything related to site maintenance. Does anyone have any idea what's up?

Sounds to me like you may need to contact Support directly
What browser and version are you using? Have you tried the Cookie Dance? Log out, clear browser cache and cookies, and do a full restart.
Clearing the cache fixed it. Thanks very much!
