New to WordPress. I want to use it to create a WEBSITE, that may (later) include a blog - not sure tet. Eventually, I want to use WordPress on my own web-site, hosted by host excellence.
I can't see how to create a wordpress page - except for a blog page. My dasboard doesn't have anything about creating a non-blog page.

There are Pages and Posts. Sounds like you want to create Pages. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
