Today I created and uploaded the cover of my forthcoming book. According to general WordPress.com rules, the url for the image must be http://wpgaurav.files.wordpress.com/2011/11/ (file name).jpg but it has an URL http://wpgaurav.files.wordpress.com/2011/08/attm.jpg (august'11 date stamp)! I am unable to understand how I uploaded a media in an old date-stamp?
The blog I need help with is wpgaurav.wordpress.com.
Strange, not sure what could cause that. I just tried with an image on a couple test blogs and it set the proper /2011/11/ URL. Can you give it another shot? Does it happen with any image you upload to your site or just that one?
uploaded another one.. But this time that is fine and date stamp is of November. :)
