Dazed and Confused about Theme Choices

    I am new to WordPress and I desperately trying to find "the perfect" theme for my use. But... I can't seem to find anywhere on the site where I can search for, for example, a 2-column theme with a right sidebar, white background using Arial.

    Can someone please tell me if it is possible to narrow down the choices rather than having to look through 100s of themes?

    Thanks!

  2. Try the Appearance->Themes->Feature filter.

    It will certainly help you see all the two-column right sidebar white themes ... the "using arial" might need custom fonts anyway.

    tandava108 has provided good advice. I want to say a little more. What I see some new bloggers do is get all hung up on theme choices. Please do not so that. Pick a theme and start blogging, knowing you can easily switch WordPress.com themes at any time and your will not lose blog content when you do.

  4. Also, there are as far as I know only a handful of themes that have two CONTENT columns and a sidebar. They tend to be the newer ones, so look at the new themes first, particularly their customization options.

    Thanks everyone. The issue is that I need to pick one so my programmers can integrate it into our site... it won't be a separate blog. So... I'm still searching for the perfect theme.

    You cannot embed a free hosted WordPress.com blog and theme into any web site. I have the stong feeling that you may bot comprehend all the differences between our free hsoted WordPress.com blogs and self hosted WordPress.org installs. Please read this > WordPress.com vs WordPress.org

    If you are referring to a WordPress.org install this is the correct forum to post to http://wordpress.org/support/
